Welcome to Buttercream Tearoom.

Buttercream is a lovely Tearoom tucked away in Regent Court.  Originally established in 2013, the tearoom has expanded over the years and now has 35 covers.  In June 2017, it was taken over and is now owned and ran by two sisters, Jean and Ruth, who  both grew up and live in the local area.

We offer a warm welcome to all of our customers – and pride ourselves in serving delicious homecooked meals, using quality ingredients.

Come and join us for Breakfast, Lunch or Afternoon Tea. All of our delicious cakes are made here in our Tearoom along with our homemade soups, quiches and scrumptious scones - not forgetting the jam and clotted cream....

We always have gluten free and diary free options to choose from too – feel free to ring a head and we will ensure there are a choice of items available.
